Connection Steps
Navigate to All Trades and click the Connect Icon in the top right corner
Select MT4 from the list of available platforms
Complete the connection form with the following information:
Server name - Enter exactly as provided by your broker (use the search function for best results)
Account number - Your MT4 account number
Password - Your trading password or investor password
Wait for synchronization - The initial sync may take a few minutes to complete
Troubleshooting Common Issues
"IPC Timeout" Error
Your broker may not be supported yet. Contact us through the in-app chat, and we'll add your broker within minutes.
"Terminal: Authorization Failed" Error
Double-check your trading account credentials to ensure they're entered correctly.
Still Can't Log In?
Reset your trading account password in the MT4 terminal or mobile app to ensure you're using the most current credentials, then try connecting again.
